Absolutely amazing, no BS burger. It's kind of a build your own burger experience by filling out a deli card. I got a burger and it was absolutely delicious. I also got the onion rings as a side, they were your classic onion rings. The only bummer is their ranch is that heinz ranch that is just sitting out on the counter, but they do have bbq sauce which is a plus. The people working there are super friendly and will yap. The inside and patio seating is really nice and has a diner vibe. There are discounts for students and veterans.
This place was definitely delicious and worth a trip. Epic scenery and delicious food. Cannot wait to go back!!!!!
I'm someone that really likes interesting burger toppings, so the menu here didn't look all that exciting. Eventually the amazing reviews pulled me in though and they're right. My husband and I shared a burger and chicken sandwich. Both were fantastic. We got the special for the burger which had pepperoni and buffalo sauce which was a fun combination. Other than the special, the menu is build your own with standard toppings. They're so good though you don't need fancy toppings.
So I'm usually working by myself doing gig work but this time my wife decided to go with me on some deliveries. We ended up in Golden for our last stop and couldn't really figure what to eat considering most of the places where far from my last delivery. So after debating for 20 minutes and a couple of U-Turns later cause we kept changing our mind. We decided to hit the nearest place to eat and that was Bob's Atomic Burgers. Let me tell you if you end up on Golden this is the place to go too. I'll tell you what this was the best homemade burger I've ever had. The burgers are literally made fresh daily and let me tell you the burgers where so dang good I couldn't stop thinking about them, heck I'm still thinking about them now and want another one. The service was excellent, very friendly and the staff very energetic. All I can say is if your ever in Golden near the Coors Brewing Plant you must definitely stop on by you won't regret it. Just FYI this place isn't a fast food joint and takes a bit to cook up your food especially when it's busy as we saw after we got our food. So be patient and trust me it will all be worth it.
A delight - Best burger this side of the Rockies! A true experience - from chit chatting with the cashier to hearing the famous name attached to your order and then the first bite... You'll thank yourself for coming here. Inside can get a bit crammed but if it's a nice warm day, take a seat at one of the outdoor tables. I'm looking forward to this spot in the Summer!
This $10 burger punches far above its weight. Juicy beefy patty, an excellent selection of free vegetable toppings including fresh jalapeños and banana peppers, and a sauce bar with multiple kinds of hot sauce. As burgers go, possibly the best bang for your buck on the Front Range.
The burgers are top notch, very quick service as well, we filled out our burger sleaves with our orders and the burgers were out in minutes. The onion rings were hot and fresh too, 10/10 would recomend
Loved this little hole in the wall near School of Mines in Golden. Especially the punk rock inspired decor. It was easy to order what we wanted by filling out the wrappers and the service was friendly without feeling fake! Thank you 🙏🍔 I had a really tasty chicken burger and the kid got a cheeseburger. Both were delicious, as were our sweet potato fries. Lots of students and locals were in there, which I always appreciate when visiting a new restaurant. Note: 20% off on Tuesdays for students (10% otherwise) which applied to my HS kiddo as well as the local college students.
Burgers were tasty. Place was crowded but chill. We were from out of town and randomly chose Atomic Burgers. We were impressed by the food on our first visit. Our cashier friendly, and the food was hot. Small casual place.
Expect to wait! Totally worth it! Sunday early afternoon, took me 30min standing in line to order. Another 10ish to get my burger. D-licious!! Like so good. I love the store. Love the art. Loved the cashier and other employees.
